  3. How many homes in your postcode do not even have a proper 20th century condensing boiler – yes I do mean 20th – i.e. have an Energy Performance Certificate rating no better than “D”? (Use https://www.epcregister.com/searchReport.html to find out for your street.) This is why we in the UK, along with France, have the most backward energy-wastful homes in Europe with such collosal energy use.
